What products do you manufacture?
We manufacture stainless steel marine hardware, camlock couplings (SS, aluminum, PP, nylon), ball valves, pipe fittings, exhaust silencers, air filters, and custom precision casting components.
What materials do you work with?
Stainless steel (304, 316, 316L), carbon steel, alloy steel, aluminum, brass, and rubber (EPDM, NBR, PTFE, Viton).
Can you make custom parts from our drawings?
Yes. Send us your drawing, CAD file, or sample. We provide DFM review and quotation within 24 hours.
Ordering & Pricing
What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
Standard products: 50-100 pieces depending on item. Custom/OEM parts: depends on tooling and specification. We are flexible for first-time orders.
How do I get a quote?
Fill out our
quote form or email sales@mchencasting.com with product name, material, quantity, and any special requirements. We respond within 24 hours.
What payment terms do you accept?
T/T (wire transfer) is standard. 30% deposit, 70% before shipment. L/C and other terms available for large orders.
Samples & Quality
Can I get samples before ordering?
Yes. Standard product samples ship within 2-3 days. Sample cost may apply and is refundable on bulk order. Custom samples take 15-20 days.
What quality certifications do you have?
CE, ISO 9001:2015 (TUV NORD), IQNet, CQM Environmental Management System. Material certificates and test reports provided with each shipment.
How do you ensure quality?
Every batch goes through material testing, dimensional inspection, surface inspection, and functional testing (salt spray, pressure test where applicable). Reports provided.
Shipping & Delivery
What is the typical lead time?
Stock items: 2-5 days. Standard orders: 10-15 days. Custom/OEM: 20-30 days depending on complexity and quantity.
How do you ship?
By sea (FCL or LCL), air freight, or express courier (DHL, FedEx, UPS). FOB Qingdao port is standard. CIF and other terms available.
Can you do OEM packaging?
Yes. Custom packaging, labels, and branding available. Standard packaging is individual poly bag + inner box + export carton.
